"Last Breath"

A small comic I made for the 6th edition of Nexuz3 a fantasy/sc. fiction magazine sold in specialized french comic book shops in Montreal. The magazine is only printed in greyscale so I didn't bother to go too far with colors here. I also wanted to go for the "wordless" concept I got from this little manga called "Gon" by Masashi Tanaka.

The Adventures of...

The Amazing Blueberry!!! One of my short film's characters dressed up as a superhero-fail. The original gag was supposed to include Strawberry from the film too: The Adventure of the Amazing Blueberry and his Side Dish Strawberry. Never got along to drawing her as a side kick yet. But I do have their baby-sitter/mysterious-dark-superhero: Kuraime. An OC I use on Deviantart http://kuraime.deviantart.com/ . Maybe I'll make a comic about their adventures someday.

Barn owls! Yes I fell in love with the latest owl-movie "Legend of the Guardians". The second image is yet another test for a futur project and is based on a photo I took ( yes! I've been THAT close to an actual living owl! Althought it wasn't a tyto alba).
